01What is it

High-energy, strategic business planning

The Revenue Run is an intensive one-day session where a management or commercial team works with complete focus on commercial direction and growth.

Through a structured game format, 125 growth indicators are systematically filtered down to one sharp, owned commercial action plan.

The result is not an advice report that ends up in a drawer. It is a concrete action plan that the team itself has built, and therefore will execute.

02For whom and when

For whom?

Entrepreneurs, management and commercial teams who want to grow revenue smarter and faster.

With focus, direction and sharpness. Not another meeting, but a moment that changes the course.

When?

When there is an urgent need for a clear shared compass.

When the will is there to steer deliberately towards it, together.

A leadership team playing The Revenue Run around the table

The Revenue Run gives direction to commercial growth: concrete, owned and immediately executable.

03Do the check

Five signals it's time to act.

Recognize one or more of these indicators?

01

Leaking funnel

Low transaction, low conversion.

  • Acquisition spend rises, but conversion doesn't follow
  • Handoffs between marketing, sales and delivery lose deals
02

One-time customer

Low transaction frequency.

  • Clients stay, but rarely buy again
  • Growth effort goes to new logos, not the existing base
03

Margin erosion

Structurally low order value.

  • Delivery costs are rising faster than prices
  • Pricing follows competitors, not the value delivered
04

Untapped potential

Lead stagnation.

  • Deals are scoped below the value the client gets
  • There's no tier, add-on or upsell path to grow account value
05

Strategic blindness

No growth direction.

  • No clarity on which growth lever pays off most
  • Targets are shared, but nobody owns them

One or more familiar?

Then it's time to stop guessing and start steering.

04Why it works

A gamified approach for commercial planning.

Two participants making decisions together during The Revenue Run
The setting

Not a workshop. A game.

Designed with game rules, time pressure and a shared objective, activating a different kind of engagement. Participants are present, focused and working toward the same end goal.

The dynamics

Rank doesn't count. Insight does.

The game neutralizes hierarchy. Arguments and insights matter more than titles, creating openness that rarely emerges in formal meetings.

The approach

Structured decision-making under pressure.

125 cards. Five growth drivers. Tight rounds. The format forces choices, positions and defended priorities. Exactly what accelerates alignment.

The result

Owned because the team won it.

The team has a commercial action plan they played themselves. That ownership isn't created by a facilitator. It's created by the process.

05About the model

Revenue is an outcome. It can't be steered directly. What can be steered are the five drivers behind revenue and profit: Leads, Conversion, Transactions, Order Value and Margin. Each one is measurable, can be owned and can be improved.

In recurring-revenue terms: pipeline, win rate, renewals and expansion, contract value and gross margin. Because the drivers multiply rather than add, small gains compound. A 20% gain on each more than doubles revenue. That multiplier is the foundation of The Revenue Run.

Five growth drivers.

Leads

Direct a structured, predictable flow of qualified commercial opportunities.

Conversion

Increase the percentage of prospects that become customers by optimizing the sales process.

Transactions

Increase purchase frequency with existing customers through active repeat-sales management.

Order value

Increase revenue per transaction by placing value creation at the center of commercial conversation.

Margin

Protect and improve net profitability per transaction by focusing on cost control and pricing.

The multiplier effect.

A 20% improvement in each driver produces disproportionately large results through the multiplicative effect.

Five growth drivers, each improved by 20%, together produce +107% revenue growth, more than double. This is the difference between directing revenue and directing commercial direction.
